BFL Owen's educational facilities experience
ranges from K-12 schools, colleges and universities, as well
as private schools across the state. Our work includes new
design, rehabilitations, structural evaluation, earthquake
damage assessment, seismic retrofit, plan checking, peer review
and constructivity review services.
We have valued relationships with numerous public and private institutions. Our projects encompass administration, classroom, auditoriums, gymnasiums, research and laboratory facilities. We assist our clients as owner representatives, design& assist comissions, designers on traditional design-then-build contracts and design/build delivery methods.
BFL Owen works closely with the Division of State Architect
as their consultant to ensure all state facilities and public
school designs are code compliant and buildable.
